Fair Parking Newham launches

Newham Council is considering making residents’ first parking permit free, and introducing one hour of free parking. We think this is the wrong call, and we’ve set out the evidence against it.

This site exists to bring together residents who agree, or who are open to being persuaded, and to organise ahead of any formal decision. We want whatever the Council ultimately decides to be lawful, evidence-based, and properly consulted on, which is why we’re building this case in public, now, before a decision is made.
